He brings a strong mix of senior advisory experience, entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on commercial judgement. His work is particularly relevant where businesses need to sharpen their buyer, positioning and proposition before committing serious pipeline and product investment.

Stephen is an AI product, venture build and enterprise GTM operator with over 25 years' experience helping organisations turn complex technology into revenue.

He has led product commercialisation, venture build and enterprise GTM work across B2B technology, data platforms, energy, utilities, defence, financial services, infrastructure and industrial services. His experience spans AI and data product strategy, proposition development, pricing, go-to-market, partner ecosystems, venture build and platform commercialisation.

Stephen's work focuses on the difficult middle ground between capability and revenue: turning complex platforms, AI models and emerging technologies into products, business cases and routes to market that scale-ups, corporates and CVC teams can actually back.
