Continuous Growth OS

Triggerfish builds Continuous Growth Systems. Continuous Growth OS helps run them.

An AI-enabled orchestration layer, being built to keep signals, evidence, opportunities, propositions, assumptions, cases, decisions and outcomes connected, so the growth loop keeps turning between meetings.

It supports the system. It is not the whole proposition, and it does not replace the organisation, governance and leadership that make growth happen. See the operating model

Where it stands

Mosaic, Forge and Ignite are available today. We are building Continuous Growth OS to connect these capabilities into one continuous system; the remaining applications, the Orchestrator and the Unified Growth Graph are in development.

Available today

Three applications are available today. Senior practitioners review everything these tools produce before it reaches a client.

Where it is going

A shared growth memory, with people in control.

This is the architecture being built. Only Mosaic, Forge and Ignite are available today; the remaining applications, Orchestrator and Unified Growth Graph are in development.

Signals and evidence feed a shared model; orchestration coordinates specialist applications; accountable people approve decisions and direct outcomes.

Human governance

The system proposes. The Decision Council challenges. Accountable leaders decide.

  1. 01

    AI works autonomously

Sensing, structuring evidence and keeping the picture current between meetings.

  2. 02

    AI recommends

Options, prioritisation and supporting evidence are prepared, never committed.

  3. 03

    Humans decide

Named people approve prioritisation, pricing, go-to-market, resourcing, pivots and stops.

  4. 04

The Board or Growth Council governs

Oversight of direction, risk and the standard of evidence behind each decision.

Continuous Growth is not autonomous corporate strategy. Nothing moves from recommendation to commitment without a named person approving it.
